What is it?
An unConference exploring technology trends, fostering entrepreneurship, and driving innovation in the region by connecting multiple generations of entrepreneurs, investors, and advisors. View MassTLC Innovation 2008 unConference video (3 minutes).
What are the topics?
The Agenda is created by the Experts, Entrepreneurs and other unConference Attendees first thing on October 2nd from 8-9:00 am. Participants are invited to discuss potential topics in advance on our Innovation unConference wiki.

EXPERTS
Who?
- Seasoned entrepreneurs, investors, domain experts, CIO/tech buyer. View Expert Roster.
Why Participate?
- To reach back and help launch the next generation of entrepreneurs; create that defining moment for an entrepreneur as they make critical decisions about their company/ future; be a catalyst for innovation in the region; and to harvest fresh talent and ideas.
How to Get Involved?
- Participation as an Expert is by invitation only. Due to the popularity of this event and invitations currently outstanding, we are not seeking additional experts at this time. If you would like to be considered and added to the waiting list, please email heather@masstlc.org with your LinkedIn Profile URL (or bio) and areas of "expertise" and/or "passion" (ie, expert in "raising capital" or "encryption" and passionate about "team building" or "solving complex technology problems")
ENTREPRENEURS
Who?
- Talented individuals with a great idea who need help: moving an idea forward, moving faster/better (if company started), getting connected to “helpers.”
Why Participate?
- To reap “game-changing” insights and build relationships with the “who’s who” of the investment and entrepreneurial community.
How to Get Involved?
- 60 Entrepreneurs will be selected in advance for Sounding Board meetings with Experts and will receive scholarships from our sponsors, reducing admission to just $95.
- To apply for an "Entrepreneur Slot" for sounding board meetings with the Experts, please visit http://innovation081002.eventbrite.com (application process opens at the end of July) and complete entrepreneur application, indicating your areas of need (ie, need help raising capital; deciding whether to bootstrap or go for VC, etc.)
- Selected Entrepreneurs will be contacted on a rolling basis with information on their discounted admission and the Expert Sounding Board process. Due to the limited opportunities, any un-matched Entrepreneurs will be invited to register for the unConference sessions and will be connected to the Council’s Entrepreneurial Cluster and other entrepreneurial resources in the region.
unCONFERENCE ATTENDEES
Who?
- Additional leaders and other interested parties from the region’s innovation economy.

- Explore new technology trends; engage in exciting dialogue; identify new partners and technology solutions for your business.
How to get involved?
- Limited opportunities. unConference Attendee registration opens in September. Admission for the full-day unConference is just $195.
